Tx Series PMI Foam Board
Product Description:
Tx series PMI foam boards have excellent structural stability, high mechanical strength, low dielectric constant and low aluminum equivalent. The range offers a comprehensive range of foam types with uniform cell structure and high temperature resistance suitable for a variety of composite molding processes. Additionally, they are easy to machine, thermally cut, and thermoformed.
Product Application:
Tx series foams are widely used in high tech fields such as aerospace, rail transportation, medical equipment and sporting goods. They are particularly suitable for components such as vehicle cabins, missile launch tube adapters, drone fuselages or blades, and medical CT panels.
Th Series PMI Foam Board
Product Description:
TH series foam is a fine cell PMI foam board with a heat distortion temperature of 220°C. It has excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability, and is suitable for various composite molding processes under conditions such as 180°C and 0.7MPa. TH series PMI foam can be used to manufacture high grade composite parts.
Product Application:
Th series foam boards are mainly used in the aerospace field, including aircraft, rockets and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). They are particularly suitable for components such as fuselages and wings.
Fm Series PMI Foam Board
Product Description:
The cell size of Fm series PMI foam board is less than 0.1 mm and has a uniform and fine cell structure. It has excellent structural stability, high mechanical strength and extremely low dielectric constant.
A high performance foam material that combines excellent processability with excellent impact resistance.
Product Application:
Fm series PMI foam boards can be used in fields such as buoyancy materials, 5G communication equipment and electronic products. They are particularly suitable for applications requiring lightweight, high strength, low dielectric constant and excellent stability, such as floating bodies, radomes, speakers and headphones.
W Series PMI Foam Board
Product Description:
W series PMI foam board is a large pore foam with a pore diameter of 0.7-1.4 mm. It has excellent structural stability and high mechanical strength, and has good bonding properties with skin materials such as glass fiber cloth and carbon fiber cloth, and is suitable for manufacturing large composite structural components.

Y Series PMI Foam Board

Y series PMI foam board has excellent structural stability and high mechanical strength. This series has a yellow appearance and fine and uniform cell structure. It is suitable for various composite molding processes, as well as mechanical processing and thermal cutting.

Zs Series PMI Foam Board
Product Description:
Zs series PMI foam board has excellent flame retardant properties and will extinguish itself after leaving the flame. The cell size of R series PMI foam is 0.2-0.5 mm, with a uniform and fine cell structure and excellent mechanical properties. Both are used in composite products requiring fire-resistant properties.
Flame retardant grade: UL 94: UL94 V-0; Oxygen index: 28%.
Product Application:
Zs series PMI foam is mainly suitable for applications requiring high flame retardant standards, such as railway transportation, shipbuilding and aerospace.
Aa Series PMI Foam Board
Product Description:
Aa series foam board is a fine cell foam designed for wave absorbing applications, with excellent structural stability, high mechanical strength, stealth performance and strong processability. It is widely used in situations where electromagnetic shielding is required, and has both effective wave absorption performance and flame retardancy.
Product Application:
Through structural design, Aa series PMI foam boards can be used to manufacture composite materials with broadband wave absorbing properties. It is used in camouflage, decoy, aerospace and UAV fields, and is especially suitable for components with strict requirements on heavy lining and stealth, such as stealth aircraft wings, skins and special vehicles.
